RETURNS
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with any tags that may have been applied, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the Return is accepted then we may start the Return process.
You will need to arrange the shipping of the product back to Hamilton's Woodcraft. Once we receive the product and inspect it, we will contact you regarding the Return if a Refund has been approved or not approved. In order to get a refund for the cost of the product, the product must be in new condition unless it was damaged when it arrived to you the customer. We ask that you picture the item and send that picture to Hamilton's Woodcraft before shipping the item back to Hamilton's Woodcraft with an invoice number somewhere in the communication. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted as a Return and you may not receive any refund. Please note that if your country of residence is not in the United States, shipping your goods may take longer than expected. Hamilton's Woodcraft may refund your money if requested, but not the cost of shipping to Hamilton's Woodcraft.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
Gift Card Sales
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any sales from gift cards.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want if it is to be an transaction in the form of an Exchange is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted and it arrives at HW and the condition of the product to be exchanged is acceptable then you will get credit with HW that may go towards another purchase and then proceed to make a separate purchase for the new item. You will be notified immediately upon receiving credit with HW either by email or text or both.
European Union 3 day cooling off period.
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Exceptions
Approved only at business owner's discretion.
