DESIGN PROCESS

STEP 1

DISCUSSION

A discussion that starts with a request either from this website or in person. Where we find out what you would love to have.

STEP 2

DESIGN

I go to the drawing board and start designing.

PRESENTING THE DESIGN/S

I offer up 1 to 3 designs I believe the customer may like. A rough draft.

NOTE:

Things that I consider during designing anything are: The customer, purpose, environment, climate, intended location of product, colors, textures, material, weights, shipping, moving, assembly, time, never money unless requested by the customer. I produce only the absolute best quality of product per customer's desires that I am able too, which means I am not cheap. However if the customer is asking me to customize the product to get cost down, I can do that, but that can mean that the customer my get charged for the design, since that may become a more involved design. Although I will say, for me on my end cost is not my concern. The best possible product is. I do have a pricing method. STEP 3

AGREEMENT

Once the you the customer are very much satisfied with the design/s. Paper work gets signed and money exchanged. a minimum of 50% deposit is required to get things moving. Don't forget I serve the first customer first and custom made to order products have a lead time for producing.

STEP 4

BUILD

Production, when your order is queued (when its your orders turn after other orders place before yours are completed), I will begin building your product. I create links for customers to be able to view the progress of all my orders (unless specifically requested not too) so you can get an idea when your order may get started and simply to view what work I'm doing. I have images and video I don't post anywhere else with more in depth details. I generally work on more than one order at a time, so you may see over lapses in time spent on orders.

STEP 5

DELIVERY

Fulfillment of your order. The product is built and or installation is completed and all transactions including inspections, payments in full, products either picked, delivered or shipped have taken place. What we discussed has become a reality.
